Company Introduction

Green Chemical Co., Ltd. was selected as a new technology business developer by and moved in POSTECH business incubator on March 22nd, 1999. And then funded by POSTECH technology investment Co.,. Ltd. and New-Tech Industry Investment Association Co. Ltd. of Industrial Bank Capital were followed on July 1999 and Oct. 2001 respectively, being designated as the 1st Gyeongbuk Venture fund. On May 2000 it also acquired authorization of a excellent venture which is conferred to a company of technology competitive power by Small and Medium Enterprise Department. Dr. So, Jae-choon, president of Green Chemical Co., Ltd. had served as a senior researcher in RIST(Research Institute of Science and Technology) for thirteen years during which he made researches about rust preventing and developed various kinds of chemical products to be commercialized through founding Green Chemical Co., Ltd. Green Chemical entered into unit price contracts with POSCO and other companies for the supply of products( fluorine remover, corrosion inhibitor, surface hardener, Green plus, rust remover, and etc.) that amount to two billion and five hundred million won (2,500,000,000) per year, supplying the contracted products to said companies. It sets the goal of achieving one hundred percent growth rate of annual sales every year.

Green Chemical is concentrating its all energies on making the environment and society more clean and livable by developing and supplying new products that are based on advanced technology to confer clean water and air.
